i have struggled for level 5 to be Taxi Driver but when i went to http://bluepanel.bugged.ro/group/list# to apply for this job i get "Submissions Closed" What this means and when this will open , Can you individually take me for the job please.? :(

i don't know how but my both cars "Regina" & "Perennial" has been parked in water. Whenever i use /towcar it spawns in water. I need to park them on land. Someone help me or Admin please change my car park location to Italian mafia Faction HQ. PLease i have hardworked to get the cars and now they are in water foreever. Please help :( :o
