Presupun ca ai pus toate setarile pe low.. Asa ca poti face asta : Intri pe Steam -> Library -> Games -> Click dreapte pe Cs:go -> Properties -> Set launch option -> Si acolo bagi asta: -threads 6 +fps_max 999 -nosplash -novid +cl_updaterate 128 +cl_cmdrate 128 +cl_interp 0 +cl_interp_ratio 1 +rate 128000 -high Daca nu te ajuta cu nimic iti recomand un reinstall la windows / O curatare a PC-ului.

Iti recomand sa reinstalezi driverele / Sa cureti Sa:Mp-ul de moduri.
