Maybe you have an account on blue or red server and you logged on green and it's not the same server. Still, with level 5 you can't join a faction, you need at least level 7. Quote

My fault buddy, the green server has different level requirement to join a faction than blue/red. You need level 5 to join Paramedic, Taxi, News Reporters and level 7 to join a gang, School Instructors or a Police Department. Quote

There isn't an english format for the green/red/blue panel. Unfortunately, just a few english player can join a faction because the actual leader of the faction doesn't know english or just don't want those kinds of players.. Quote

The car you own is always permanent. People ask for days or kilometers because if a car has many of them the insurance points in more expensive, and some of the player wish a cheap buy. In-game you can use [/email] to see if your application is accepted/rejected. It takes 2, days for the leader to see who's accepted/rejected. Quote

Depends on the number of tenants you have, if you have 10 tenants and a the rent of $5000 you'll receive every payday $50.000. It doesn't matter if the house is small/medium/big, it counts the number of the tenants and the rent price. Materials are used by the gangs to have weapons during the wars, and it's a pretty good way to make money by selling them to players and gang members. Mr.Whoopee is a special Premium Car from the giftbox which cannot be bought from the DealerShip, and that why it's so special, in like 1 year the vehicle will have the price of $50.000.000 or something like that. It depends on what sever you're playing, if you're playing on Red/Green you will sell them for like $1.500.000, and if you're playing on Blue you'll receive like $3.000.000. Most players that buy mats are gang members, ordinary players don't need them, gang members need the for the wars on turfs.
