I don't think this is corect, it's important to make a beautyful aplication, try to write more and make the leader to give you a chance, it's not important the language, but for some factions where the leaders didn't know english is better to use a translator. For second question the asnwer is easy. When you put a new post on forum, up appear to you a menu with evrithing, there you find font on left and up. Look at this photo:  If you have any problems, send me an PM ( Personal Message ) or call me in game. First time when i play here i was in your posture but  I have a good Faction History because i play from 9  month on this server,i have level 40 and i try to be nice with everybody- i was not banned / jailed / warned never, this are 3 things very important.
