So, if you own an account that was banned in the past, you can buy an unban from the Premium Topic in the redpanel.bugged.ro. If you start a new account, the server alocates you a "clear" past, with no ban records, a clear punish log to be precise. So, a new account means 0, from the scratch. Quote
