How to take out SMOKE from stunt plane

You're reffering to the smoke when you say red, no? I can't see a red plane in the video so I belive you are talking about the smoke. The smoke's color can't be changed. Pressing the action/sub-missions button will activate a trail of red smoke (regardless of the plane's actual color) coming out the back of the plane.

 Click 2  , but in bugged server you can't do it , because number 2 use it to start the engine , if you take out the red smoke ,, the engine will be stoped .

You can't get the smoke on this server, cause if you press 2 the engine will stop, and 2 is the only button for smoke, so i'm sorry, you can\t.
