Why buGGed servers were down?

I wanted to enter on orange server, but i can't because he was down like 1 hour ago. I want to know why and if i lost some goods.

I'm on the phone now, and i can't enter.

On servers Blue, Red, Green and Orange was a problem with special quest. Shad0w has restarted the servers and has removed the quest. Special Quest will be implemented coming days.
