Suggestion:
Posts against leaders made by people who are not directly involved in or affected by the mistake should not be considered. Only affected or involved players should be allowed to submit complaints regarding these situations. In addition, managers should have assigned tasks to routinely monitor leaders, and sanctions should be applied only if the same mistake is repeated or if it is a severe mistake.

How do you think this would help the server:
This would reduce unnecessary complaints and “post hunting” against leaders, ensure fair evaluations, and create a more organized and efficient system for the entire server.

Suggestion:
I suggest that a person who receives Rank 6 should not be eligible to receive Rank 6 again within 6 months.
I also suggest that Rank 6 should be assigned based on an application, a vote, or the player’s profile—considering factors like activity and whether they have been in the faction without receiving any FW. I think voting by members for Rank 6 would be a good idea. The leader can choose one and another one chosen by members.

This would reduce favoritism in giving ranks to friends and provide more opportunities for other players.
