​Este o problemă de compatibilitate. Click dreapta pe iconița samp.exe incat si gta.sa si dai la Compatibilitate - windows 98/windows me .  ---- După care recomand sa descarci visual c++ toate versiunile x32 si x64 + DirectX. Mult succes!
