You can try Sony Vegas for editing, pretty good in my opinion, used it for a while and it turned up pretty well.

 

You can use Action Mirillis, OBS, Fraps or Bandicam for filming. You can use the Bandicam Cutter&Joiner, but you need to pay some money before it turns out to look professional, because if you use it for free, at the beginning it will show ''Bandicam, Cutter&Joiner for free'', and it wouldn't look too good.

 

If you just want to use it for posts on the forums, go ahead, use bandicam.
