Salut, recent am observat aceasta problema, nu este numai in sa-mp, ci pe toate jocurile.

Am windows 10 pro x64 bit de pe site-ul oficial. Insa, sunt mereu in 60 fps DOAR FULL-SCREEN. Ca sa ating maximul de fps trebuie sa intru neaparat in modul ''window''. Ceea ce este destul de frustrant. Am nevoie de un sfat ceva, pe 7 n-aveam problemele astea.

Intra la setari la jocurile respective si controleaza daca ai FPS LIMIT - ENABLED, daca nu te rog spune-mi ce placa video ai sa te pot ajuta in continuare.
