Forum Name change problem

Hello everybody,

I can't change my forum name

When i change it tell me to get 10 contents.

How to get these contents?!

give a comment to any content also counted as content, you can give coment or make some topic in forum.

After i get 10 count content

I can change my name always and in anytime...?!
