Is racism tolerated in this server?

I got harassed by one of leaders, because i'm not romanian.

What happend is, i tried applying to one of the factions in english, but didn't get accepted.

so i was like, maybe they simply don't accept english application, i'll try applying in romanian. which i did.

i went ahead and used google translate so that i can apply in romanian, when i finished, i got back into the game.

and i got a text from that leader saying "we do not speak romanian too, sorry"

it's as if they want to say "you will not get accepted in here because you ain't romanian, gtfo of here" 

am i exaggerating? should i forget about what happened, and move on?

i tried contacting admins to ask them about what happened, but they never replied.

Racism isn't tolerated on the server. If the leader or any player has insulted you or said something offensive regarding your gender, color or nationality, you can create a complaint against him/her here 'http://bugged.ro/reclamatii'.

But, I feel what happened with you wasn't racism. Most of the players on this server doesn't understand English very well, and it goes the same for leaders. If they feel they cannot manage a member who doesn't know Romanian, they have the right to not accept you. You must learn few words in Romanian so you can communicate well with other members and more importantly with leader/co-leader of that faction. 

On the other hand, if they say something offensive to you (something vulgar), you can create a complaint against them, and they will surely be sanctioned for it. 

I'll recommend you to join some clan, make some friends who can teach you some important words in Romanian, and then maybe you can try applying for a faction. Goodluck!

I do understand that they cannot accept everyrone, and that they can't accept people who aren't romanian, if they do not speak english.

but what happened to me is that the leader sent me a message in game after i applied in romanian, they said "we not speak romanian too, sorry" which was obviously a message meant to be sarcastic and to make fun of me, and to indirectly tell me that i'm not gonna get accepted no matter what. as if it was something personal going between me and that leader.

why would they send me that? they can simply reject my application if they don't like it. they don't have to text me in game.

They won't be punished for being sarcastic. You can just move on, and apply to a different faction.

bro, i joined server at 2014 i can tell you that even normal players wasn't talk to me becouse i talk english , i didn't take that as racism i was feeling sorry for them coz they can't talk eng and i didn't give up and as @linkin told you i have learned few romanian words that i can comunicate with them untill i made some friends then i joined my first faction , im telling you to not give up and dont be mad coz some nobs told you that , trust me there's alot of good players you dont know them yet , i will wait you in clan [IK] most of this clan can talk english and we all here can help you at anything you want , that doesn't mean others clan are bad nope all clans here are so nice but not all clans are talking english , im telling you that coz i feel you all that happend to you happend to me at paste.

First just be proud because you can speak one of the important international language to move On what happend to you in game ! just think who can't communicate with Eng lang is inferieur level then you at life  

About the server try make some good players from RO and communicate with RO lang to them, when you find some players RO talking in game read what they are talking you learn little , happen to me before same situation like yours Good luck !
