Billboard expires 1 hour earlier than the scheduled showing time

As shown in the screenshot, the billboard was supposed to be mine and to expire at 18:11, but it expired at 17:11, which is one hour earlier than the showing date.

Another player bought it at 17:11, and it is displayed as if it will expire at 18:11, but in reality it will also expire at 17:11, because he bought 5 days till 05:02 18:11 and the actual in-game time had not reached 18:00 yet.
