Bug /handsup

When the player does /handsup, the system acts as if /handsup is duplicated and his hands disappear, as if he wasn’t using /handsup, but in reality I was able to confiscate his weapons.
Before confiscating, I noticed something strange, which was the double /handsup, that’s why I remembered and recorded it after confiscating his licenses, to check whether it’s a new update issue or it could be a mod that I have.

He can see himself with /handsup, but I can’t see him and vice versa: if I do /handsup, I can see myself, but others can’t see me with it.
