The reason paypal is not being used is because paypal transactions are reversible.

Only option is to get a friend/relative from other country to buy PaySafeCard for you...
Or wait for Shad0w to add bitcoin/litecoin payment method which is not reversible like paypal..

I asked him (Shad0w) about this but he said he won't add bitcoin/litecoin as 95% of players on Bugged.ro can buy paysafecard..

Buying pp from player can lead to ban.

So I think player who can't buy paysafecard have to suffer like me.

Try to ask your real (not in this game/forums) friends if any of their relatives/friends are in other countries.

Anything that works based on credit cards is subject to chargeback fraud. Its not just paypal. Neteller and payza use credit cards to fund their accounts too. Not sure if their payment model protects against charge back fraud. 

Either way, all these service providers charge you a lot of fees for their services. Bitcoin transactions are (almost) free.

Paypal can be added with payment as gift, without chargebacks or anything else. In the past the payment was on a personal account and was an transaction. If anyone can speack with shad0w to re-introduce paypal, and mention to put the transaction as donation or gift. I`m not interested in talkin with him because I can pay as paysafe, im in Ro.

t want foreigner players to come up.

i would suggest. to add a option that convets money into pp ingame. like 500k=1pp. maybe it should be introduced in /shop. as u dont want our donations with paypal n etc. good luck
